The DC Labor-Management Partnership Council (DCLMPC) is the overall policy-setting body and forum for promoting effective labor-management programs in the DC government. It is co-chaired by the DC Mayor and the President of the Metropolitan Washington Council of the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO). Other members of the Council include deputy mayors, union leaders and agency directors.

Director, DC Office of Personnel (ex officio) |
The DCLMPC is a labor and management organization that sets policy and discovers, discusses and resolves issues or problems that are not typically covered by collective bargaining agreements or contracts.
